These cases are very small and do not fit molded earplugs. I am not sure what would actually fit in these cases. The are not recommended.

I buy foam ear plugs by the gross. They come in small folded paper boxes. I have them sprinkled everywhere. i ware them doing yard work. I wear them riding my motorcycle. I wear them traveling in planes and trying to sleep in hotels. You get the idea. Foam ear plugs in fragile little boxes everywhere. The boxes get tattered and the earplugs get dirty. The ear plugs often get pitched only because the box they came in allowed them to get dirty. These little plastic boxes are just perfect. I bought 20 of 'em and I wish I'd bought more. They hold two ear plugs nicely and can be carried anywhere they are needed. They are reasonably water tight and sturdy without being large or expensive. They are affordable to the extent I can give them to my kids and not be too upset if they can't find them a week later. These are a perfect solution for my needs.

I use them as an emergency receptacle to put my hearing aides in. Just the right size for good protection, & the bright colors make them hard to misplace. My only objection is that the lid should be a slightly tighter fit. It would be an $8,000 disaster if the lid should pop open at the wrong time. But it never has.
