| Custom Molded Ear Plugs offer full-custom hearing protection, for a wide variety
of applications from shooting to sleeping.
When you find that ordinary ear plugs just do not work because they fall out, hurt, or
simply don't block enough noise, it is time to consider full custom earplugs.
We offer different kinds of custom ear plugs to suit most applications. If you

How the Custom-Molding Process Works:
|
All custom plugs require impressions of your ears.
When you order any custom ear plug, we start the process by sending you a
FREE
impression kit so that you can make your own ear impressions. If you order
more than one set of custom plugs, we will make sure to send you all the
impression material you will need at no extra charge.

If you prefer, you can visit your local audiologist to
get your ear impressions made, and then send those impressions to us. Either way
is fine with us.
After you send your impressions to us, our ear mold lab technicians use your impressions to
create custom ear plugs made to fit just your ears, right down to every bump and curve, for a perfect acoustic seal and maximum
comfort.

| | | Perfect-FitTM Custom Sleep Plug, Standard (1 Pr)
Our custom sleep plugs are made with a thin shell in the outer ear and a medium length canal for optimum sleeping comfort. They do not provide the maximum in noise reduction, but are suitable for most sleeping situations.

These custom sleep plugs are made with a thin shell in the outer ear and a deep canal for the maximum in noise reduction. If the deep canal proves uncomfortable for you, we can modify these to our standard sleep plug profile at no extra charge within 30 days after delivery.

Our maximum custom noise reduction plug is made with an overfilled outer ear and deep canal for the best noise reduction available in any plug. The extra deep canal can be bothersome to some people, so this plug is not recommended for any but the most challenging applications, however, if the deep canal proves to be uncomfortable, we will modify it back to the standard noise reduction plug profile at no extra charge within 30 days of delivery.

Ear plugs can cause an uncomfortable "plugged up" feeling. Our Breaker-Vented custom noise reduction plugs are made with a Hock's Noise Braker installed that lets the inner ear breathe and lets the wearer hear normal speech. In the presence of dangerously loud noise the Noise Braker acts to prevent hearing damage from extremely loud noises including gunfire, nail guns, concert music, wind noise on motorcycles and many noises commonly encountered in manufacturing environments.
